I am a ceramic artist and the founder of Fothkia Ceramics, based in Cyprus. My work is deeply inspired by nature, from organic forms and textures to the colours and movement found in the landscape around me. Through my choice of forms and glazes, I draw inspiration from elements such as the movement of the sea, the textures of waves, the changing tones of the sky and the earthy character of the Cypriot landscape. Each piece is individually handcrafted, allowing the natural qualities of clay, glaze and fire to shape its final character.
