    Στο «Καθ’ οδόν» αγαπάμε τις αυθεντικές γεύσεις και ταξιδεύουμε σε κάθε γωνιά της Ελλάδας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις γεύσεις, τις μνήμες και την παράδοση της Μικράς Ασίας και της προσφυγιάς.

    Εδώ και 26 χρόνια, σταθερά στην Παλιά Πόλη, επιμένουμε στην ποιότητα και στην αυθεντικότητα. Δίνουμε τρομερή προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, χωρίς εκπτώσεις — τόσο στη συνέπεια όσο και στην επιλογή των πρώτων υλών. Για εμάς, το καλύτερο δεν είναι επιλογή· είναι στάση και αρχή.

  • Every Sunday, artists walk into our studio with nothing prepared. A few hours later, they leave with a finished track.

    No material is written before the session. No rehearsals. The whole process begins and ends in the room. That's Instant Soup Sundays — the regular weekly sessions that form the backbone of the project.

    Once a year, the same spirit scales up. The Consortium brings 30+ artists together for multiple days of creative collaboration across multiple studios, producing dozens of original tracks and lasting collaborations. Past editions have taken over venues in Kakopetria, Tochni, and Pervolia.

    Sessions are filmed, uploaded to YouTube, and the best tracks are released on all major streaming platforms — turning spontaneous creation into a permanent record.

  • Septem Microbrewery is located in Orologio in the municipality of Kimi-Aliveri on the island of Evia. It was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

    In Latin ‘Septem’ means seven, the number that represents creation, which inspired us to create a variety of beers, each named after a different day.
